Cup of Coffee: How to check your account information

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in Friday’s newsletter, this week’s anniversary of the Cup of Coffee newsletter means that a lot of people’s subscriptions will be renewing today or in the coming days. In order to make sure your subscription renews without any interruptions, it’s important to make sure your account information — particularly your credit card on file — is up to date.

Many of you only receive and read the newsletter via email and thus may not have interacted with Beehiiv’s account pages. But don’t worry! Accessing that stuff is easy:

1. Look up in the upper righthand corner of this email and you will see the “Read Online” option. Click that and, when you land on the online version of the newsletter, your account icon — probably a silhouette but possibly your photo if you’ve ever uploaded one — will be in the upper righthand corner there;
2. Click the account icon. It should give you the option to “Manage Your Subscription.” That will let you check and/or update your payment information.

You can also access your account information by navigating to the Cup of Coffee homepage, where the account icon will likewise be in the upper righthand corner. Click it and manage and/or update your account there.
